Throughout my startup career, I developed brand voice and content marketing strategy, leading to 15K+ social media followers across platforms, a monthly newsletter with a 31% open rate, and client email marketing campaigns with 40% open rates.Additionally, as a tech founder, I honed my leadership skills through recruiting, hiring, and managing a team of 10. Team members included a CFO, CTO, Chief Architect, Software Engineer, Marketing Lead, and more.I led bi-weekly team meetings to chart progress on professional goals and uncover opportunities for improvement.

At the intersection of my passions: developing content, coaching, and engaging community stakeholders lies one of my most meaningful professional opportunities, being the Program Manager for Square One Startup School, a virtual pre-accelerator program for early-stage tech founders.I created and deployed high-impact digital marketing strategies to publicize the program and attract participants, served as a mentor to founders, and built relationships with key venture capital partners.In my role, I spearheaded 18 webinars and virtual events during the 10-week program, including campaign visuals, copywriting, research, and technical support.Additionally, I built and managed editorial calendars for the accelerator's social media campaigns.

As a Miami native, and first-generation Cuban-American, I co-founded SelfMade Sisters (formerly Startup Sisters), a space where women of ambition across the Southeast can learn, collaborate, and share resources for growing their businesses.
